Refund & Return Policy

At TFR BRANDS, we value our customers and want you to be confident in every purchase. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (such as neon signs with custom text/designs) are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • LED mirrors are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect on delivery.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or odors.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional, or clearance items.
  • Products damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, or accidents.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product is faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. A trackable shipping method is recommended, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

7. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
